MAIN LIVING SPACE: On the spacious second floor, gather in the airy living room with family and friends before a fireplace and wall-mounted TV, snuggling into a comfortable sofa and more seating. A wall of windows and French doors flood the room with natural light. Step out to the grand balcony with columns and high ceiling framing community views. Plush outdoor seating invites conversation, and a shady pergola shelters the gas grill for coastal cookouts.
